In the early period of the nineteen hundreds Formula One Racing began with unbalanced racing cars & elder gentleman drivers, but the real Formula One Racing contest didn?t start until the 1950s. While the numerous years drove by and the sporting event became more popular, it hastily became evident that Formula 1 Motor Racing was the best for motor sport. The motor cars were the fastest, the equipment was the most sophisticated and the drivers were at the pinnacle of their fitness coming from different countries all around the world.
With the allowance of sponsorship association, F1 Racing took on its more commercial arrangement & can without doubt at present be seen as big business ? with venture reaching millions and even billions with tremendous ease. With huge business arrives political opinions and now & then it?s the people you are friends with & how much capital you have that acquires you what you fancy. Formula 1 Motor Racing is riddled with conspiracy stories ? I will declare to being one of them ? but depending on how wrapped up you yearn to get in the F1 Motor Racing world, that side of things is easily neglected. What truly matters is what goes off on the race circuit.
Journeying from pillar to pillar all over the land for almost eight months of the year, Formula One Motor Racing sets up in countries large & small, rich and poor, with wonderful countryside’s, amazing people and loads of native customs to be soaked up. A race weekend covers Friday, Saturday & Sunday, a Formula One weekend is a strong ride, from early testing, to the last laps of the Formula 1 race.
The basic structure embraces a motor race every two-weeks. Every so often the F1 calendar is changed with a little bit & there are Formula One races on back-to-back weekends, or ever so often you have to go a few weeks before seeing the familiar F1 drivers again. Once it is time for another Formula 1 motor race, you can monitor the news for your desired F1 constructor as they reach their destination. Friday is made up of practice sessions, Saturday is for qualifying & Sunday is for the racing event. For Free F1 Downloads including screensavers and wallpapers, then go to F1Tribute.com now.
Make the Most out of Every Sales Opportunity:
Don’t take “NO” for an answer!
It’s easy to get discouraged when you make your best effort for
a great sale and you’re met with a dead-set “no.” But don’t let
it get you down. In actuality, 97% of all sales are not made
within the first pitch. In fact, it takes an average of five to
ten exposures - also known as follow-ups - to persuade your
prospect to make the first sale.
While your potential customer may not actually say the word
“no,” specifically each time, but every time you follow-up and
the customer doesn’t buy, it should be interpreted as a “no”
situation, and you should be aware of how to handle such
circumstances in order to get the most out of them every time.
As a salesperson, it’s up to you to have the necessary drive and
skill in order to stick with it through the many follow-ups. You
must be willing to use enough effort to get to the point of the
last “no.”
To make sure that you make it past the “no’s” and maximize your
selling potential, here are some tips for success in closing:
*
Know the real reasons your customer would want your product. *
Know the real reasons your customer would not want your
product. *
Know the point at which your customer will become willing to
buy, and work with them in formulating your follow-up plan. *
Present new information relative to the sale each call or
visit. *
Be creative in your style and presentation manner. *
Be sincere about your willingness to be helpful to your
potential customer. *
Be direct in your communication, without becoming patronizing. *
Be friendly. *
Use humor, but don’t be silly or goofy. *
When in doubt, sell the prospect for her reasons, not yours. *
Don’t be afraid to ask for the sale each time.
With these in mind, you’re certain to get the most out of your
potential customers. Just don’t get frustrated and don’t give
up. Perfect your skill and you’ll be on top of the world.

An Old Love
Around the world from me
are the many lands I’ve seen
I, who have longed all his life,
that never shut his eyes
but to look up for his next flight
…for things I’ve yet to see
wait, wait, wait, wait where
echoes from poets write,
wait, for far off destinies.
And where my thoughts are
I must go, for there too is my
. soul; thus, best to poke the
fire again!…

Analysis: I was asked the other day to do a verbal and quick analysis for a poem. It can be a terrifying experienced, especially if the person is a friend. What do you say? Like it or not, it is a worthwhile thing to do, and have done. And I’ve had a few hundred of my poems analyzed, poked at, chewed up; thus, when asked to analyze a poem, I do it with great care. But I do realize I am not going to contribute to anything other than my own attentive response. Well this poem baffled me and that was not good, but I studied the poem well after he left, I could only give him a few pieces of my thoughts prior to his leaving. I did afterwards mark phrases that caught my attention, good and bad, things that were striking or difficult, and where the focus was lost. I do trust my intuition, so that is one good thing.
There are three things I try to look at 1) the purpose of the poem, as I understand it to be 2) the central emphasis (problems and concerns, etc), and 3) imagery, tone, meter and so forth, while at the same time trying not to diminish the poetic effect the poem is trying to give. But then, I do not do analysis but on a few special occasions other persons poetry, for I have a hard enough time doing my poetry. But I thought a few comments might be worth mentioning. I guess, if I like the poem, I just like it, period. The Author
Here are two more poems, both different in their focus, poetic emphasis; both short poems, but enough to give a distinctive effect. The tone is of special importance. An analysis comes along with the two poems, not on Mr. Siluk’s poems, for that is for someone else to do, but on how he looks at times on other poems, recognizing the combination of different elements.

Having compassion toward others is a gift of connectedness you give yourself and a gift of presence you give others. While difficult to define, compassion is a way of being, and you will see the definition emerge among the three concepts presented here.
1. Compassion involves seeing others as “self.”
No matter how different others are, or how different their circumstances are from yours, we all want essentially the same things from life. We want happiness, satisfaction and love. We want connectedness, safety and understanding.
When you are struggling to feel compassion for others, struggling to put yourself in their shoes, struggling to understand what they are going through, remember this similarity. Remember that everyone ultimately wants what you want.
2. Compassion does not involve self-sacrifice or martyrdom at your expense.
When in a disagreement with someone — whether your partner, a friend or your boss — remember to see the other as “self.” At the same time, be careful not to mistake compassion for being a pushover. Don’t justify another’s behavior at the cost of your feelings or discount your feelings.
Being compassionate in the context of disagreement means being understanding, supportive and kind, while respecting and setting your boundaries. You must be present to both simultaneously in order to both take care of yourself and others.
3. Compassion gives you a sense of connectedness.
Having compassion means opening your heart to others. It also means residing in your heart when interacting with others. This can be especially challenging when compassion is most needed. But it is well worth the effort.
When you show others compassion, they get to experience being heard and cared for when most needed. This allows you to connect with others in a meaningful way and feel more alive and loved.

Yesterday I was working in my home office, and my son Kyle was playing on the floor next to me, mostly trying to reorganize my bookshelf. Kyle stood up and pointed to an apple I was eating and said, “thash an apple.” Then he took about 5 steps towards me without holding on to anything his very first steps. I quickly grabbed my wife, and with some encouragement we got him to do it again for her.
Later that evening I gave a speech for Project Outreach, a 12-week business incubator program intended to help people start their own businesses and increase their financial success. I ended the speech by telling everyone how my wife and I were able to be at home to see our son take his first steps because our businesses gave us that kind of flexibility. We didn’t have to stick him in daycare just so we could both work.
One reason people decide to work from home is the opportunity for greater freedom, and that perk is certainly there.
But of course working from home can also be difficult and distracting if you have kids. I’d say the biggest breakthrough my wife and I figured out was to decide which hours of the day each of us is primarily responsible for the kids. So certain hours I’m in charge of the kids, and my wife has that responsibility the opposite hours. This means we each get a block of uninterrupted work time. This allows us to schedule complex tasks during those periods and less challenging tasks for when the kids might be interrupting us often. I can still get some work done with the kids playing in or near my office, but I also know that while I have the kids, my wife is at least getting her top priority work done. Also, while our son is napping, we’re both able to work productively.

Entertain with the Region’s Finest Wines
Wine can add a sophisticated touch to any party or dinner that you host. When entertaining, treat your guests to the smooth flavor of Italian wine, specifically Tuscany wine.
Italy produces more wine than any other country in the world, and some of the finest varieties hail from the Tuscany region. Wine has been produced in Tuscany for hundreds and hundreds of years. In recent decades Tuscan winemakers have put great effort into the quality of their products, resulting in the excellent Tuscany wine on the market today. Tuscany wine is enjoyed widely and is easy to find in restaurants and diners as well as stores.
Super Tuscan Wine
In the past few decades an unofficial category of Tuscany wine has arisen, given the name Super Tuscan. Wines created by making unconventional blends of different grape varieties fall under the Super Tuscan category.
Tuscany Wine Zones
Tuscany is divided into several wine zones. Three of the most important of these are Bolgheri, Chianti Classico and Montalcino.
What is Bolgheri Tuscany Wine?
The Bolgheri zone, located in the west of Tuscany, is the birthplace of Sassacaia and Tignanello, which began the Super-Tuscan trend. In recent decades Bolgheri wine has received much attention for the quality of its wines. Winemakers in the Bolgheri zone specialize in red Tuscany wine created by blending the grapes of Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon. Several different wines are produced using different combinations of these grapes.
What is Chianti Classico Tuscany Wine?
What more classic image of Tuscany wine is there than the straw basket covered bottle of Chianti resting on a checkered tablecloth in a cozy Italian restaurant? The Chianti Classico zone lies in central Tuscany. Red Sangiovese grapes are the primary ingredient of Chianti Classico, but they are generally blended with other grapes, such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. Chianti Classico is a full-bodied, bold wine that makes a good complement to well-seasoned food. Chianti Classico wine has come a long way from its inexpensive, straw bottled past and today there are some excellent wines produced in the region. You can still get the straw basket variety if you choose, however.
What is Montalcino Tuscany Wine?
The Montalcino zone is located in the Siena area of Tuscany. Montalcino is known for producing the Brunello di Montalcino variety of Tuscany wine. Brunello di Montalcino is a red wine made from the Sangiovese grape and normally aged for at least four years, two in oak barrels. Brunello di Montalcino goes well with steak, roasts and flavorful cheeses.
More Tuscany Wine
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is a robust red wine that is also based on the Sangiovese grape and is similar to Brunello di Montalcino. Trebbiano is a traditional white Tuscany wine. Bianco di Pitigliano is produced in the southern Tuscan region of Pitigliano, and is a popular white Tuscany wine. Vernaccia di San Gimignano, made near Siena, is one of the best known Tuscany white wines.

In the early period of the 1900’s, F1 Motor Racing started with unstable racing vehicles & elder gentleman drivers, nevertheless the genuine F1 Motor Racing Championship did not start until the nineteen-fifty’s. As the several years drove by & the sporting competition fan base increased it swiftly became clear that F1 Motor Racing was the peak of motorsport. The vehicles were the fastest, the machinery was the most superior and the racing drivers were at the pinnacle of their physical condition coming from foreign countries all around the earth.
With the opening of sponsorship interest, Formula One Racing took on it’s more profit driven arrangement & is today be observed as being huge business ? with salary costs reaching millions & billions of dollars with tremendous ease. With huge success arrives politic affairs & at times it?s who you are connected to & how much funds you are in possession of that gets you what you wish. Formula 1 Motor Racing is scrambled with conspiracy stories ? I will come clean to being one of them ? but depending on how deep you would like to get in the F1 Racing world, that side of things is painlessly ignored. What if truth be hold matters is what takes place on the track.
Touring from country to country all over the planet for nearly eight months of the year, F1 Racing stops different countries large & small, wealthy & poor, with wonderful surroundings, charming locals & tons of native customs to be soaked up. Spanning Friday, Saturday & Sunday, a F1 Motor Racing weekend is a serious ride, from early testing, to the dying laps of the F1 race.
The traditional organisation embraces a motor race every few weeks. Sometimes the calendar is played with a little bit & there are Formula One races on back-to-back weekends, or ever so often you have to go one or two weeks before even seeing the well-known Formula 1 racing drivers again. When it is time for the next Formula 1 race, you can scrutinize the news for your desired F1 team as they arrive at the destination. Web design is something that most people think only big companies can do. Let me just say that this is wrong. Anyone can build a web site. It just will not look as professional. What people do not know is that these companies over charge in price. Some companies will even use a web template to build off of. They have very little customization done to them.
I find that the best work is done by the small independent people working on there own. I have researched the internet looking at other pricings for web design. I found that companies are over-charging for their work. But yet people seem to still pay the money and get less work done. Most companies start at a rate of $25 per page. Why should you pay that much for something that does not take that long to do?
Most companies will tell you that nobody else can do the job that you want and sell themselves to you. Before you buy into what they are saying I suggest looking around before falling into a trap. You can find good professional web design for a low price - you just have to be a smart shopper.
I had many web design compaines tell me that they could design my site for x amount of money. Find out what site I chose. Crx Graphic Design

Too much organic material in your pond or water garden puts algae into overdrive by providing nutrients that cause it to grow. Besides obscuring the beauty of your vividly colored fish, algae rob oxygen from the water and emit noxious contaminants that can kill them.
Ultraviolet (UV) clarifiers work by employing that part of the light spectrum to rid algae of its ability to reproduce. Once destroyed, the microscopically tiny algae form into larger clusters that are easily eliminated by common filtration systems.
Sun-blocking plants and those that provide abundant supplies of oxygen present another easy answer to maintaining a clear water environment for your pond. “Floaters” like water lilies, lotus, water hawthorn, four-leaf water clover, and yellow floating heart reduce sunlight by substantially shading the water surface and thereby impeding algal growth.
Water hyacinths have become a recent rage, especially for the lazy among us. No soil is required for these beauties. Toss them in the water and they’re “planted.” A water hyacinth isn’t just another pretty face, though; these plants do their part in the war against algae and blanket weeds by keeping sunlight scarce on the water’s surface. But one note of caution: This plant may take over the world if allowed. It’s invasive as all get out, so keep it under control or you (and your neighbors) may wish you’d never laid eyes on it.
Submerged plants, such as Cabomba, Anacharis, and Jungle Vall, not only produce oxygen for use by both plants and fish, but also absorb nitrogen from decaying plant matter and fish waste that would otherwise be used by algae to proliferate.
